Mikenti Oy is an HVAC and building services company based in Leppävirra and is part of the Quattro Mikenti Group. The company employs around 35 people and has sites all over Finland.

“We looked at the apartments on Spot’s website and contacted the sales manager of Spot apartments. We then agree with him which apartments to rent and other practical matters. He has been our contact person and it has worked very well during the accommodation,” says Pajunen.
Spot apartments cater for long-term residents
“I think the pictures of the apartments on the website are very much in line with expectations. The apartments are well equipped and the prices are very competitive,” says Pajunen.
“We currently have apartments in Uusmäki in Espoo and Haaga in Helsinki, and they are very well located for us. The apartments have been easy to find. The code locks have worked smoothly and there is a parking space for cars right next to the apartments. That’s a big advantage,” Pajunen continues.
Petri Pajunen also says that there has been no feedback from employees about the apartments and they have always received help from customer service when they have needed it.
